Kidney stone surgery went well. Surgery was Monday and she got to come home Tuesday evening.
She was given Hills CD to eat, which, if anyone has ANY ideas on how to feed one out of five cats a totally separate food, I’d highly appreciate any hints/tips, etc LOL
Sadly, this surgery has been harder on her than the amputation. She had no feeling due to the femoral never being shredded for that, but she sure does have feeling in the kidney area. But she is eating, pooing, peeing, etc, just lots of lounging and needing extra lovin’s.
Oh poor baby! How is she doing with the c/d? In my house it’s all for one and one for all lol. Mine are all on half Royal Canin, half wet diet. I cannot separate them so they all get the same. Unless you feed them twice a day in separate rooms you may as well get them all on the same. Just my opinion.
Hugs,
Jackie
Such a pretty kitty. Love that photo.
Darn shame she is hurting from the kidney surgery. Bummer. Glad they got the stone out though. And eating, pooping, peeing and drinking really good!
Continue to heal Missy Hissy!

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!
Glad to hear Missy is home!
Your could feed in Missy in a separate room at specific times. Feed her in her carrier or crate.
They make feeders for cats if microchipped or they come with a tag for the collar to be the microchip. They are expensive, seem to get great reviews.

I hope they sent her home with some pain management! I am glad to hear she is eating, going potty, lounging, and resting is healing.
Feel better Missy!

Holly & Purrkins❤️
Get well soon Missy! We hope you are feeling better this week, and your people were able to figure out the feeding thing. I like the one that Holly recommended, neat stuff.
